Introduction

These terms and conditions (these “Conditions”) govern the relationship between You and the operators of GGPoker.gg (“we”, “us” or “our”) in relation to Your use of this website (the “Site”). By accessing, visiting, or using the Site, including entering the WSOP Entry Raffle, You agree to be bound by these Conditions. If You do not agree, please do not use the Site.

GGPoker.gg is an entertainment and educational resource dedicated to poker as a sport — strategy content, a blog, and a free promotional raffle. This Site does not offer real-money gambling, deposits, wagering, or cash prizes of any kind. “GGPoker” and related marks are registered trademarks used with permission.

Changes to the Terms

We may need to change these Conditions for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. Where we make substantial changes, we will post an updated version on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Conditions.

Eligibility

To use the Site and to enter the WSOP Entry Raffle, You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and meet the minimum age requirement in Your local jurisdiction;
• You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement;
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of the promoter, its sponsors, or affiliated companies;
• You will abide at all times by these Conditions.

The Raffle is intended for residents of Canada and is open only where permitted by applicable law. It is void where prohibited or restricted. You are responsible for complying with the laws of Your jurisdiction.

The WSOP Entry Raffle

The Site runs a free promotional raffle for the chance to win sponsored entry packages to World Series of Poker (WSOP) events.

• Free to enter — no purchase necessary. Entry never requires any payment, deposit, or consideration of monetary value.
• Registration is completed through GGPass at ggpass.com, a separate platform subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
• Prizes consist of sponsored entry packages to WSOP events. No cash alternative is offered, and prizes are non-transferable except at the promoter’s discretion.
• Entry periods, the number of winners, the winner-selection method, and full prize details are set by the promoter and published with each raffle.
• Where required by applicable law (including in Canada), a selected entrant may be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question before being declared a winner.
• The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Raffle to the extent permitted by law.

No Real-Money Gambling

The Site is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. It does not facilitate betting, deposits, withdrawals, cashier services, or any real-money transaction, and it does not award cash prizes. The Raffle does not involve any real-money transactions, currency, or cash prizes — all entries are free. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to gamble.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You shall not: use the Site in excess of its intended purpose; resell or commercially exploit the Site or its content without our consent; store or transmit infringing, unlawful, or harmful material; transmit viruses or malicious code; or attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Site or its software. We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who breaches these Conditions.

Third-Party Registration (GGPass)

Raffle registration and any related account are handled by GGPass (ggpass.com), an independent platform. Your use of GGPass is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, and logos) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The GGPoker name and marks are used with permission. These Conditions grant You only a limited right to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we are not liable for any delay or interruption due to failure or malfunction of electronic or telecommunications equipment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our sponsors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of Your use of the Site or Your participation in the Raffle. Nothing in these Conditions excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Responsible Play

We promote poker as a game of skill and strategy enjoyed for entertainment. The Site involves no real-money play. If gambling is a concern for You or someone You know, we encourage You to seek support from a responsible-gaming organization in Your jurisdiction.

Privacy

Any personal data You submit through GGPass is handled under the GGPass privacy policy. We collect only the information necessary to operate the Site and the Raffle.
